NAM President and CEO Jay Timmons delivered his annual NAM State of the Manufacturing Address. The Address was given at Lone Star College in Houston, Texas.
Timmons talked about how manufacturing helps the economy, adding over 22,000 jobs per month. He also talked about the needs the manufacturing industry has and how it has changed a great deal over the years. In addition, he talked about how manufacturing has jobs that greatly need to be filled, and the tax cuts were the rocket fuel manufacturers needed to grow.
