The Manufacturing Institute and Eaton will be presenting Science, Technology, Engineering & Production (STEP) Forward: St. Louis, a networking event for manufacturers at the Magnolia Hotel, 421 North 8th St, on June 14. STEP Forward is part of the Institute’s larger STEP Ahead initiative to empower women in manufacturing and brings this national initiative to the St. Louis-area, offering companies a unique opportunity to strengthen their diversity strategies.
STEP Forward: St. Louis’ panel discussion will tell the stories of real women who represent the changing faces of manufacturing. By demonstrating the opportunities available in manufacturing, we can inspire the next-generation of talent to pursue careers in the industry.
