10236 Marion Park Drive is a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility comprised of approximately 692,436 gross square feet of building area located on approximately 58 acres of land at the intersection of Interstates 435 and 470 (“Premises”). In addition to the improvements already present, there is room for expansion.

The Premises are composed of two interconnected buildings: C and D and the pH Plant.  Building C, originally constructed in 1976, is three levels containing production, warehousing, laboratories and administrative office space along with central utilities. Building D, constructed in 1989, is two levels and contains a full-service cafeteria and administrative office space.

The Premises have been continually updated to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. The last production lines were added in 1999, the packaging area was renovated in 2004/05 and utilities in 2007.  From 2004 to 2014 nearly $61 million of capital expenditures have been made to upgrade and maintain the Premises to meet the exacting standards required by the FDA, EMA, and Japanese authorities for the production and export of  pharmaceutical products.
